If you’re traveling around the island and changing places every few days, it’s best to book your hotel through platforms like Agoda.com or Booking.com on the day of your stay. This approach typically guarantees the lowest price. If you plan to stay in one place for a longer period but are hesitant to book the entire stay upfront, you can book one or two nights initially and then extend your stay directly with the accommodation based on how much you like it. It is usually not a problem to find accommodation on the spot in Bali. However, if you are looking for a long-term rental, it is beneficial to negotiate at least a month’s stay, as landlords might offer significant discounts.
